Hi all, I recently joint a pvt ltd firm which offered me gross 10000 salary Per month and 10.3%tds deduction on it. my net salary will be 9000. My question is my salary is not taxable then how they can deduct my tds? according to firm tds return will get me back after 1 years ? I am totaly confused with this pls guide me on this matter. agar hum koi sale return 3 month ke andar hi receive krte hai or part uski cst purchase ka bill deti hai or humse c form mangti hai to kya hum use LS-10 me tax benefit ke liye and LP-3 me c form issue krne ke liye kyoki central purchase ka haryana vat me benefit nhi milta kya dono form LP-3 and LS-10 me hum us return ko show kar skte hai
if we are not able to issue F form and Goods transfer treat as deeded sale and want to paid taxes on that sale. but local tax rate is Zero. in above situation I can transfer of goods without F Form and Without paying any tax ?
