Bacteria mainly grouped into G+ and G-.
This is majorly due to the presence of Peptidoglycon amount
differences in cellwalls of bacteria.

compared to gram G-Ve
Spherical/coci in shape
Violet/purple in colour
Gram -Ve
Lower level peptiolglycan
