Capital market is the market where money instrument like shares, debentures,bonds ,promise notes etc are purchased or sold. There are two types of c/m - primary and secondry market.
Primary market is the market where these instruments are transacted for the first time . And 2ndry market is the market where the instruments are transacted for the next deals.
