Just open Inetmgr on local machine and connect to remote
server on which you want to manage IIS Server

1) Open MMC and create a IIS snap-in, while creating it will ask server name to connect.
OR
2)Open IIS screent or goto RUN-> type inetmgr -> OK. IIS screen will open. right click on server-name, select connect server, and then type the remote server name.
