AWC is working on the principal of compaction force controller. AWC is maintain weight in refrance through Compaction force.

AWC work on the principal of Compression force. In this first we set the machine on lower fill weight against the standard limit of the product and observe the avg. compression force. Similarly set the machine for higher fill weight and observe the avg. compression force.
Now set the target fill weight and run the machne, acquire the reference value of force at desied parameter. Now feed the value of higher and lower compression force as observed above.

Awc is based on comaction force control,initial we will set average weight,thats called Ref.pressure supose you will get 15 kn.then set lower and higher average weight,thats called as LEP and HEP.so ref.pressure 15 kn. HEP 19 kn.LEP 11 kn. HCP and LCP is 3-5 %.and HSP and LSP 10% more than HEP and LEp.

Proper steps must be followed to prevent improper operation. Then acceptable tablet weight ranges are established so that off weight tablets can be automatically rejected.
