Date, Chare/service details, charge code (Cost
center/GL/IO, Amount, Customer name & address to whom the
invoice is billed, vendor name & address, Vendor bank
details, payment terms & Authorised signatures of Vendor.

The Trial balance will show only the Opening Stock & Purchase for any given period, but for Profit and loss, we have to calucate the Opening + Purchase – Closing stock ?
