protocol.Its a Vlan data base management throught which we
can creat,delete & modify the vlan.

VTP is a vlan trunking protocol.It is use for manage large
no of vlan.It is a layer 2 protocol.The vlan trunking
protocol encapsulations is IEEE .1q/and the cisco is ISL
(inter switch link).It is three type :-
1.Server:- the server have full permission to delete,create
and alternate .
2.client:- the client have not permition to
delete ,create ,and alternate vlans ,it only receive
information from the server and update accordingly it pass
the same information to its serjoin clients switch.
3.transparent:- it only receive information form server but
not update accordingly server .it only forword the
information to its serjoin switch
