Limit of Detection (LOD) It is the lower limit that can be detected during analysis.
LOD = 3.3*Average Standard Deviation/Slope
Limit of Quantification (LOQ) It is the lower limit that can be quantify during analysis.
LOQ - 10*Average Standard Deviation/ Slope
