EQUITY SHARE HOLDER IS OWNER OF COMPANY AND HAVE RIGHT TO VOTE
PREFERENCE SHARE HOLDER IS NOT A OWNER OF COMPANY AND HAVE
NO RIGHT TO VOTE.
PREFERENCE SHARE HOLDER GET FIXED DIVIDEND FIRST AND REMAIN
BALANCE ONLY EQUITY SHARE HOLDER GETS DIVIDEND.

in preference share we get part of profit of company bt in
equity share there is no asurance to get part of profit of
company

Capital is asset of the company. But why does it appear in Liability side of the balance sheet.
