i want to work with this organization because i notice that
you given a chance to everyone to enhance their skills when
they failed with your exam i admired that behavior cause i
thought its not usual compared with other companies...

First of all, i would be glad to work with this
organization because i need to know more about the company.
Not only to know more about it but i could still offer my
services as well as to learn new skills from this
organization. To talk about the achievement, i wuld try my
possible best to work hard so as to achieve the company's
goal. Secondly, i wuld show eagerness and interest to learn
what the organization is best in. Lastly, to crown all what
have said, the knowledge, skills, and learnings have
