One white ball in one of the buckets and rest of the 99 white and 100 balls in the other bucket. Now a ball is selected from any one of the buckets.If one selects the first bucket, he will get a white ball for sure. Even if he selects the other bucket selecting a white ball will have almost the same probability as black.
