Whenever a connection pool has no connections in it, all the
volatile documents which needs to be published are discarded
and an error message is logged, where as guaranteed are
stored in outbound store If there are two SOAP calls one
volatile and other guaranteed and volatile needs to
published first and no connection at time then the
guaranteed document in outbound store will be published
first which is an error logically..

Hi, i am electronics and communication engineer and don't have any strong programming background. i only know basics of c and C++.
