Proforma Invoice is nothing but an invoice,sometimes after
final the quotation price,for buyer quest we have prepair
Proforma invoice.
Debit Note: After raised the invoice if supplier forgot to
mentioned any charges like freight and incorrect(less
price) in invoice they they will create Debit note.
One more reason for Creating the Debit note, if supplier
got material return from buyer will send Debit note to
supplier.

Debit note means if we sale one material that material our customer end they return means that is debit note, and Proforma invoice means be four giving original invoice regarding payment request we issue the proforma invoice
