got married on 3rd -feb - 08 at pudukkottai
after marriage , we were in India for 10 days and 18th she
left to US and filed my papers, and i back to kuwait on 21
feb, and came back to india for processing papers

My husband may have to have waiver after his interview how long does that take??
My husband and I have been married (court Marriage) for almost 2 years, we were studying when we got married so didn't have a grand wedding. After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?
