I have one vertical table and in that table there are 10 rows. I want to add one row between 4-5 row. How it possible in WebI.

You can't add row like that.
If you try to insert a row , it will be inserted after every row and not between 4-5

u need to drage the required object between 4-5 .when u
drage it u can see the insert mode.

Right click on 4th row insert the row below to selected column you will get the row after 4th row.
