Why we use ruling in Ms outlook ?..

Answer / saurabh patwardhan

Through ruling, we can set filters on mails. We can stop unwanted/blocked mails from coming into inbox and set a rule to delete those mails without permission.
Ruling is basically used to keep your outlook mailbox organized and optimized.
