I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage.
