I have got 25 points for my 5+ years of my professional
career
I have got 25 point for my annual earning crossing 7500 GBP
(Equivalent amount Converted to INR)
The qualifying points are 65 and I have scored 75 point.
I have produced Masters degree original copy
I have produced Salary slips(With stam and signature) for
the last 12 months that is the proof of my earnings.
I have produces Offerletters and revised letters arranged
in chronological order from the first company till the
current company offer letters

Hi , This is Madhusudan from India. I have applied for HSMP when I was in India(6months back) and I got approval also . Right Now I am in Canada on workpermit for my Company assignment.I have to be here for 1 year 6 months. My HSMP aprroval is valied till Feb2009. Please let me know Is it possible to attend the visa clearence interview in Canada? Please let me know the procedure to attend the interview? Thanks and Regards Madhusudan

Hi I've got a work permit to UK which is stamped (visa) in the year 2009 march. Due to some reason I have not travelled so far(2010 march). But the job offer is still open for me and also the Visa is valid till to 2011 march. Now my query is ... Can I travel to UK? for that Do I have to notify at UK ambassy in India that I'm travelling. Hi. I was rejected a US student Visa(F1 Category) twice - once on 11th June 2012 and then again on 26th June 2012. The denial was because I wasn't able to prove home ties to my country and was handed a 214(b) booklet explaining more about the rejection. I have been accepted into 5 uni's in the UK for an under graduation course in Management and I have decided to attend Brunel University (Highly Trusted Sponsor) hence I will have to apply for UK Tier 4 Visa. In the UK visa application I will mention about my denials as I do not want to take a risk but is there any way to improve my chances? There is a specific column where in you can explain more about your application --So what can i mention there??? I will have more than required finances and I am also required to pay 4500 pounds to receive CAS(Will that be a positive point that I have already paid a part of tuition fee?). Hi everybody, I got HSMP visa by last oct month and u know it is valid for only 2 years.. i am trying to get job via consultancies but till now i didn't have responses as i expected i heard from my friends apply directly to consultancies in UK. please friends guide me to get details more about this. I hardly wasted one year....so do the needful as early as possible..
