hi, i was denied for my visa on august 14th. I think i made 4 mistaken. All i want to ask are.. 1. Is wearing casual clothes is wrong? 2. The sponsor of mine, is my uncle, not my parents, is it mistake? 3. I don't have TOEFL score yet, but my college said that i can take TOEFL in US, am i must take TOEFL before get interview?

hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you

I got 3 rejection on NYIT for MS in COmputer science. Hi Everybody, I'm Vineel From Hyderabad.I've done my B.E. in ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990 and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in hyderabad. I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page).
