Last year I applied for H1 and I got H1 now, Now I am finding the details about H1 Interview Process ? - Do I need to prepare for this ? - Is there any thing I need to study or care about before appearing in H1-B Interview ? - Is there any chance of rejection as I heard now H1-B visa approval restriction ?

I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?

Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ?
