pH=-log[H+]
Here the hydrogen ion concentration 90% means that 90/100

=-log (90/1oo)
=-(log90-log100)
=-log(10x9)-2log10
=-1+log9-2
=-3+2log3
=-3+2x.4771
=-3+.85
=2.15
