issued capital is that part of authorised capital which the
company issues to the public for subsciption. subscribed
capital is that part of issued capital which is subscribed
by the public.subscribed capital could be more than
(oversubscription),equal to,or less than issued capital
(under subscription).

Issued capital is that part of authorised capital which is
issued by the company to public for subscription. Issued
capital cant exceed authorised capital.
Subscribed capital is that part of issued capital which is
subscribed by public. Subscribed capital may be more than
issued capital due to over susbscription or may be less
also. But ultimately allotment cant exceed issued capital.
