we can create only derived metrics in document
by click insert-> new metric

In the document we have an option to create a derived
metric. These derived metrics are local to the document.
These are not reusable.
Exp: We want to know the total sale of an item then we
create a derived metric like
Total Sale=Units sold* Unit price
