When i conducted an event TECHEON. There was the small
misunderstanding with my senior. But we sat in a team. I
heard at the allegations of the senior and mistakes
commited by me. I taught whether his allegations are
correct or wrong and solved the problem by convincing my
senior.

At atime of my examination due to some understanding my
mother qural is held with my nabour ,in this both are
responsible for this accsident, so i take the help of gandi
giri ,and with say any thing in any fever ,i am dane a
compromise in both person .that is my manegireal quality.
after these day nothing person are fight to against each
other.
