TDS=tax deducted at source and TCS= Tax collected at Source.
TCS is deducted while making payment against sale of scrap.

Contractor & Sub-Contractor, Brokerage & Commision.
TCS- TCS charged on Scrap.

TDC is calculated for filling of IT but TCS is the company who file the TDC.
