when i work in a group, i often suggest my co-workers and i
found that they also like my suggestion. Thereafter in every
new situation they always ask me what to do and how to do
and never do anything without my concern. Thus i believe

It comes in the course of facing people and observing their
psychologies since our childhood. When we observe
psychology of the people during the course of team leading,
we can assign/entrust the jobs suitable to their interest
and motivate them towards the teamwork so that we can
succeed in team.

Also most important thing that the team leader should study
the project properly and analyse the requirements and
categorise them to be performed self and to be assigned to
other team members to get satisfactory output.

When I lead the team, I follow the abovementioned and I
succeed in every time. Because I observe the psychology of
each person, who touch with me and analyse them. Therefore,
I have confidence of attaining goals if I become a Team
Leader at any time.
