accumulation of oral microorganisms and extracellular
polysaccharides that are synthesized from sucrose by
glucosyltransferase of Streptococcus mutans.
Streptococcus mutans produced highest activity of the
enzyme. propolis (RS2) contained the highest concentrations
of pinocembrin and galangin.
