what is the process of Form H ?..

Form-H is the certificate of export under CST Act. It needs to be issued by the exporter or the penultimate exporter to the supplier who has supplied the goods with out charging any tax for the purpose of export.

The dealer who is liable to issue the form shall get teh blank form the concerned commercial taxes office where they are registered. They shall fill in the details required and issue it to the supplier with proof of export (Bill of Lading or Airway Bill).
