It will be a replica(duplicate) of a person whose nucleus has
been taken, and not of the membrane donating person.
For e.g. nucleus of a person XYZ is coated with cell membrane
of ABC.
then the Clone produced will be duplicate of XYZ and not of
ABC.It's the nucleus which decide the characters of individual
and not the cell membrane.
