NTLDR File may corrupt or deleted.
it is resolved by copying perticular file from bootable cd
from the foldet(I386) to the windoe's installed path(mostly
c:\) .
OR
By repairing by recover operation .

Check data transfering cable and Power cable of the HDD

The problem in ntldr or ntdetect files are corrupted or
deleted. please reinstall from repair option of OS.
or
check SMPS power supply of motherboard.

There are two files are missing that is ntldr and ntdetect.
solve:boot the pc again with boot- able CD of XP than press R for Repair it 'll be boot on dos mode than type c:\>chkdsk c: /r than wait for few mints than restart computer it will be open with XP.
