load balancing is a process where you will check the load
of all the nodes connected to the network and than decide
where to execute & in which node you want to distribute the
process for execution so that balance of the whole system
is maintained.

distribute workload evenly across two or more computers,
network links, CPUs, hard drives, or other resources, in
order to get optimal resource utilization, maximize
throughput, minimize response time, and avoid overload.
The load balancing service is usually provided by a
dedicated program or hardware device (such as a multilayer
switch or a DNS server).
