I feel that i can do my job in more direct manner I have ability to lead the troops. I want to bring good name and fame of my family in society. I want to give the best education to my children as i will earn more than a soldier in terms of salary.

Nobody wants to be a soldier all the time, but some prefer
to be a soldier, may be he himself is lacking behind officer
like quality or did not get chance to become but
intentionally he want to be if responsibility is same as
soldier and based on seniority. But according to question, I
want to be an officer, who wants to help my fellow who
cannot become an officer and to let them avail the same
opportunity I got. And, I will get a chance to share my
opinion, experience, skill etc which I cannot share when I
was a soldier. To me Officer is a new life and new
challenging task ahead any moment and any circumstances. No
discrimination at all, get respect and give respect.
