If any goods were sold by a dealer for valuable consideration, the dealer who sold the goods has to issue a sale bill whether the transaction is taxable or exempted and for the movement of goods from one place to another needs a bill of sale or delivery note or any other documents like way bill for verification by the inspecting officials.
