There are two ways to approach this situation.
1. a person born blind. 2. a person turned blind.
In the first scenario colour is insignificant to the
person. It is expressed as a beautiful fealing of warmth
which is retained in memory.
The second person can be simply told the blood colour to
explain red since certainly he/she has seen blood prior to
turning blind.

is,black he will know if you say because that what he saw.
