Any Service Rendered to nepal and bhutan ..it shold be a taxabale in india and hence the rendered service by india to nepal and bill raised by service Receiver including amount of TDS on the gross value of bill amount ...if the amount recived from nepal nett of the bill than ..the service provider will get the claimof tds ..

exp: bricks 4000*5% =200 is input it can be add GP @ 10%. So it cane be 200*10% = 220 output Then 220-200 = we pay only 20. It is correct or not Regards G.Kamal
