r:s=2:1
than
r=2x/3 and s=x/3

let part lost by s is y to become 25% of mix
x/3-y=25x/100=x/4
y=x/3-x/4
=x/12
hence r is to be added
=((x/12)/x)*100 % of mixture=8.33%
