hi i have done master ofcomputer applications in india and i have applied for master of computer science in us i got addmission and my vo is asking why are u going for 2nd masters again and i got rejected first time any answers for me am in tension
why this university?
I am admitted in University of Colorado, Boulder for the telecommunications program along with some scholarship. My GRE is 1410 and TOEFL is 108 and a aggregate of 65% in engineering. I have reecived 4 other admits and only one reject(Had applied only to 6 univs.) I have to elder sisters , both are in the US., one is Green card holder and other is on H1B status. I am planning to take my interview date next month . I wanted to know what are my chances of Visa with this background? And if Rejected within how much time can I re-apply for the Visa??

Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please advise!

I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.

This 9 questions are important for any F1 visa.But 1 question is also important that is ask rarely 10.what is your GRE/GMAT score ?? OK Best of luck to all F1 students. I graduated my BE in April 2004 (though i got my certificates on october 2004) i joined my first job in on march 2005. And after this i worked here for about 1.5 years and resigned on August 2007. After this i joined a non thechincal call centre on june 2007. This being the case i have a period of gaps like 5 months between my under graduation and first job and 10 months between first and second job. Further i am working in a non tehcnical call center. How do you think i should tackle questions in this regard if asked about it please help...
