Form C:When a regd dealer of one state eg Punjab purchases
the goods(raw material or an asset) from other state(s) eg.
Haryana, Then Regd dealer of Pb would have to issue a
certificate to the seller regd dealer in Hyn in order to
get the tax benefit under CST ie Regd Dealer in Pb have to
pay only 2% concessional rate of tax instead of 4 % or if
he is purchasing from mumbai then again he is to pay 2%
instead of 5% for some specific goods from Mumbai. This has
to be taken from the Jurisdictional Sale tax officer and
has to be issued to regd dealer of the other state.
Form 16. this is issued in respect of the TDS on Salary and
is issued by the person responsible ie deductor to the
deductee or payee. For Ay 2011-2012 it will be issued
uptill 31 May 2011.
