service 2% tds are deduted. Because we give contract base
this works.

Nature of Payment Individual partnership or company
1.salary (as per individual slab rate)
2.Int on securities 10 10
3.Payment to contractors/
sub-contractors 01 02
4.Payment to Transporter
(PAN not available) 20 20
(PAN is available) 00 00
5.Payment for Professional
fees/technical services 10 10
etc....

Ans :- 2 % TDS on COMPANY PAN NO. Individual 1 % TDS &
without pan card 20 %
