Any Chartered Accountant, not employed in that firm and not
a partner of that firm can audit an auditing firm.The audit
is an independent examination of the books of
accounts,therefore a chartered accountant not having any
interest in the Firm can do the audit of that firm.

Any other chartered Accountant has to audit and give the
Auditors Report and sign the Same. But partner of that firm
cannot sign the Audit Report of his own Firm

and head of the audit firm has to update its records after
every auditing to any accounts
