when we purchase any goods from outside from the state
with cst than we have to issue c form within next three
months from the date of invoice if we not issued the c form
in time than we have to panelty 6%.

patry. we file the quartery c form application for C Form
and ofter receiveing C form issue the same party
in this transaction no pay any panelty or extra Tax to
Government

i am purchasing goods from other state and selling it in my own state, what are the taxes applicable during this transaction. i am paying cst for inter state whetehr i have pay VAT if i sell the same goods in my state.
If party selled material to us agst c form in FY 2008-09, can we booked that bill in apr-09 (FY 2009-10). Is there any problem for issuing "c" form?
