Hello guys.. even I m also selected for SBI from Karnataka
circle. I m watching your discussions since 6 months.
Recently my uncle spoke with the clerical union leaders
regarding the clerical offer letter and joining date, they
told him that joining date would be on december or january,
bcoz leaders are discussing about the pensions of new entrant
clerical staff.. As per the central govt from april 2010
those who will join to SBI and its associate banks they have
to pay 4% of their salary for pension.. So union leaders
objecting this..

This is Raj from delhi
I went to SBI delhi legal head office yesterday i.e.
18.10.10 to know about wheather they send the Medical or
offer letter. I talk with some officers of HR deptt. they
said to me that all the further information about the
medical or apptt. letter will be sent to you by post soon
because the whole recruitment process was messive and the
vaccancies is increased this is the reason of delay. so
they said don't be panic all the intimation/informations
will be send early.

hi,

one sbi employee told that the procedure is delayed due to transfer issues.
Old Employees want them to be transferred to near places to
their home town.
But bank management wants new joiners to get into nearer places.
This is the issue. We may get into the job by january.

hai.. i did bsc electronics and then mba mktg& hr. i attended for sbi clerical interveiw on april 30 th 2010. i am waiting for the results. how will my chances be? is these qualifications are drawback for me in selection procedure?

I am working with a co-operative bank as a Trainee Officer and I am on probation. I am selected for SBI interview. Will I need to submit NOC. If I ask for NOC it can be a negative effect towards my existing employer. If I am not selected in SBI there are chances I cann loose my job here also
