Router transformation is active transformation as it divide
your source into a particular no. of groups and each group
is mapped to a different target.As the no. of rows get
changed so it's a active transformation.

if set the group condition yes , it means it cant filtering the records and pass all the record to target or any other transformation
so in this situation router is act as a passive transformation
