I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in
coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in
international relations). He's interested in studying at a
language school. If he chooses to study part time he can
study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to
obtain given that he recently has been working in france
for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i
would sponsor him?

HI FRIENDS SALAAM, I AM SHAED ,LAST WEEK THAT IS ON 27TH OF APRIL 2011, I WENT FOR THE US F1 STUDENT VISA INTERVIEW AND BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH SUBHANATALLAH MY INTERVIEW WAS SUCCESSFUL AND THE VO TOOK MY PASSPORT,I-20,SEVIS RECEIPT,HDFC RECEIPT, DS CONFORMATION FORM & APPOINTMENT LETTER.AND HE TOLD ME THAT YOUR VISA PROCESSING WILL BE SENT TO WASHINGTON D.C. FOR ADMINISTRATION PROCESS. SO MY QUESTION TO ALL OF U FRIENDS IS THAT DID I GOT THE VISA OR NOT ??

Sir my sister applied for visa and got rejected thrice when she was coming in the train unfortunately her passport got drowned in water as some one kept a water bottle open in the top and it poured into the cloth bag in which she kept her passport and when we took to the regional passport office and asked for replacement of the pages they said they need to give her a new passport as the previous one is damaged now my question if she wants to apply for the visa again is it possible she can apply with a new passport or she has to use the old passport as she has got the new passport now if so what are the procedures

hey..... i'm applying for spring. hello i am from jordan but i live in saudia arabia i had interview last week in saudia arabia but it was refused i am planning to apply agian but in jordan my question is , what is my chance to get the visa and if they asked me if i been refused before should i say yes? do you think they have it in the system even if my interview was in saudia arabia thanks alot all
