I had given the interview for IBM (Mainframe CICS Req.) on 16th Jan 2010 @ Pin

I had given the interview for IBM (Mainframe CICS Req.) on
16th Jan 2010 @ Pinaki Tech. CP, New Delhi. I had cleared
the Technical and PDM round and submitted the required
docs. with EAF form on the same day and also got a verbal
confirmation from the manager who took the PDM round, that
i'm selected and i'll be getting the offer letter with in 2
weeks. But it is now a month, and i still have got the
offer letter, not even a mail from IBM, communicating a
mail of my selection. When i asked about my status with
consultant he said my status shows "SELECTED FOR OFFER".
This is really fustrating. IBM such a brand name but no
courtsey for its prospective enployees.

If there anyone facing similar problem, please share your
status.

Hi I Attended my Interview on 13 march.. Completed my TEch an PDM..Submitted all the Documents hard and soft copy.. My consultant says that my Profile is on Hold..They are waiting for some project and will give the offer once the project comes.. I dunno why the conducted interview if they are waiting for projects..

I am facing similar situation.My interview was done on 18th Jun and I was told that I got 'Selected' with the promise that I will be receiving the offer letter within 2 weeks. But till on 14th Jul, I haven't received that neither any email communication. When asked the concerned SPOC who took my PDm round, I was told that my Offer Letter went on-hold status and they will be conducting another round of technical round. Still now I am not sure what to do.
