Change is the only thing that is constant in nature. If I do not change my job now, I'll keep doing what I am supposed to do but the zeal would be gone. That would be a waste of my talent and experience. With my current organization, the hierarchy has been built up in such a way that I do not see a career growth which puts a big question mark on utilizing my talent and growth - both professionally and financially
