how to track the C-form in SAP ?

there is no standard reprot to track the C form in SAP.
However, through customization tracking report can be
genereated in SAP

I asked C form tracking entry level & report level in SAP. IF any standard operational procedure is available and inform to me.
We require this procedure for our company usages.
