Hi,
I have also been selected for the same and i am also a
science graduate. And this is my first interview so dont
have any idea.
As per the informations i collected, i came to know that
the questions will be regd your bio-data and few general
questions like, Y do u want to join banking sector y not
any private sectors. what do u want to achieve and how u
can be suitable for banking sector. If u have any work
experience then regd that they will ask thats it.

in addition to what sanjeevani said, they will also
questions regarding their bank. Be sure u read all details
abt the bank..and also find differences between
nationalised bank and public sector bank and also diff.
between public sector bank and private sector bank..hw many
public sector banks r there,hw many private sector banks r
there,no. of nationalised banks..names of a few public
sector n private sector n nationalised banks...and foreign
banks also..n also details abt RBI..wat dey do..who r d
governors,deputy governors..etc...

Hi Garima,
for the first question, answer that
Banking is one of the sectors where there is a rapid growth
nd ur bank is one such fast growing banks,so I would
definitely want to be part of this organisation and its
growth. Moreover, banking sector is contributing to the
country's economic development and also doing service to
common man which i would be very happy and eager to do and
lastly, the respect you earn while working in a bank is
unmatchable.The sense of safety and security u get in a
bank job will not be there in any other job...
For the second ques,u shd start with
ur full name
then ur family-start like I come from a family of four or
five consisting of my father,mother,bro,sis etc..
give their names and what they r doin
then tell them abt ur education. which school/clg u
studied.hw muc % u got.what were ur main subjects.etc..
then tell them about your hobbies and after that ur
achievements.Thats it
and for ur third ques
tell them that you were always interested in banking and u
did IT coz in whichever field u see,the usage of technology
has become a normal thing and banks are in the lead,so when
compared to others, it would help u in understanding it
better.And also tell them that u always wanted to do
service to the common man,by workin in a IT company u will
not be able to do it.

if u get very good marks..ur interview will only last 4 abt
4-5 mins n dey wnt ask u these many ques...if u dnt get
very good marks..den dey may ask u many more ques abt wat i
said n sometimes there r chances of askin from ur
subjects...since u r a science student..jus keep in touch
with some imp topics...

when the final result of sbi clerk is going to published? and I have done 140 qsns in the written exam and also my interview was also very good. So will i be able to work for the bank.
