when Administrator account is disable or you administrator
account forget At first reboot the system and press F12
than select safe mode after that reght click my computer
select manage than goto user & group select user goto
unchack mark account disable. Than Logoff the wiondow and
relogin.

start computer with bootable os cd ie. xp and boot with
cd/dvd.Then select second repair thire open the command
promt using shift+f10 then type nusrmgr.cpl reset
administrator password without using 3rd party tools

Windows Password Key
Saved me today. After many hours of installing and tweaking
a brand new PC, something went wrong. I was not able to log
into the only Administrator account I had, once the machine
had been rebooted.The password has been changed.
I burned Windows Password Key to usb, followed the onscreen
prompts and in a few minutes was back in the machine.
What a lifesaver!
It will become a permanent part of my toolset for fixing
Winndows password problems.
