Calculation of depreciation in 4 ways, but for accounting
we are following 2 ways ie.,

1) Straight line depreciation method (SLM) and
2) Written down value method (WDV).

Mostly we are following Straight line depreciation (SLM)
for fixed assets. And for Buildings tax rate is 10% and
for hotel industry tax on building is 15%.
